Black Grace Chester Theatre reviews
Poor Concert...Unbelievable Rotten Seats
The groups were just okay, and I reluctantly admit that Skynyrd a bit better than Black Grace. Sitting in seats to the side of the stage, paying $155.00 for two tickets, and having amplifiers/speakers/wires obstructing the view throughout the entire concert was disappointing. It was awful that the groups/individual singers didn't acknowledge the fans on the side of the stage. Skynyrd's bass player briefly acknowledged us twice, the lead singer once for a short period, and Black Grace acknowledged once for a brief moment. If they were to return to the Times Union Center in Albany, NY, I wouldn't spend my money or time on it. I could stay home, have my grandbabies sing to me, enjoy a much better sound, and have a pleasant time. Times Union Center should be ashamed of selling tickets in an area where the performers weren't visible, only the amplifiers/speakers/wires. Both groups should feel ashamed for not acknowledging all their fans. I am extremely disappointed, and I will reconsider attending a concert at the TU Center in the future.
